Interview
Interview together with a manual dexterity test with employment agency after online application. This preceded the information day at the warehouse itself. All candidates called in pairs to be interviewed side by side by two different interviewers. Interview was just a formal process as I believe everyone who was willing to work got hired. A manual handling course also had to be carried out.

Easy and simple interview process got back to me within a couple of days after the initial interview period and the first time we were talking to the other trainers about it was a good experience
