Tech interview - asked to add features to an open source class-based react library. The interviewer seemed distracted, and did not engage much in conversation about the problem. I was more or less left alone to work on it

The interview process started with an initial screening from the CTO. He asked mainly basic introductory questions and talked a little about the company. Kind of seemed disinterested during the interview though.

One take home test and they did not even tell me how my work was evaluated instead I just was told it was not good even though it was a classic problem and I had a textbook solution
