Interview
Initial screening was done by recruiting manager, then forwarded to hiring company.
Questions asked were basic and mostly to determine if I can fulfil responsibilities of the role.
Hiring company was forward about their expectations, made sure I could commute and invited me for an in person meet up. Overall I experienced a smooth onboarding process.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Kelly Services (Bloomington, MN)
Interview
Overall the process was typical. I had to interview with the temp service, then I had one with the company. After that I had to do my drug screen and was hired.
