Quite a straight forward interview process for this type of role and consisted of these stages: Initial HR phone call Initial interview video call Technical interview Partner interview I got to the initial interview video call and it was a good interview with the interviewer making the process very comfortable and easy going. It was mainly a conversation about previous experience and why you wanted to join the patent profession

Interview
The process consisted of a 15 minute letter review, a 30 minute patent claim draft, and an hour long interview with a panel of two partners. This experience was similar to other interviews for this job.
