The application process is average and not too tricky. a form had to be filled out, and a cover letter and a cv were required to be attached. the option to provide a character reference was given.

Past experiences and how you will contribute to the team?
Two interviews: a phone call interview with a recruiter and a head of paralegal interview. No interviews with any partners. Very casual. It felt so rushed as they needed to hire someone quickly.
Friendly processs but can be quite long. The interviews are mainly getting to k is the person and experiences. The company is good at keeping you updated of the next steps. Onboarding process after job offer is confirmed is fairly easy.
