Interview
Unlike other interviews. They focus on aptitude and alignment more than technical skill. They spend a lot of time to ensure the position is the right fit for the employee which I appreciated. Seem like great people and company to work with.

Tell me about a skill or area of knowledge you've recently decided to develop on your own, and what drove that decision, and where are you with it now?
The management was nice and welcoming. The interview seemed fair. The questions were relevant. The interview started on time. The process took several weeks. I had to interview with many people.
