I was initially contacted by phone for an informal interview regarding my interest in the role and my availability for an online meeting, the HR assistant set up a date and time for a meeting with his "colleague" and said I would receive it in the mail, however, I did not receive an email or link, I called the corresponding number back with no response from the HR assistant. This is the first time a company has treated my application this way, I would expect more accountability from an HR with applicants.

Interview
2 entretiens, le premier avec le manager et le 2ème avec les futurs collègues. 1er entretien plutôt techniques sur des sujets assez précis, plus savoir-faire. Le 2ème entretien était davantage détendu, avec plus de questions par rapport au savoir-être, nos manières de répondre à une situation, etc.

J'ai postulé par l'intermédiaire de mon établissement d'enseignement supérieur, les entretiens étaient positifs et basés sur l'échange. Deux entretiens de deux heures chacun avec l'équipe de vente. Process classique avec personnalité, compétences techniques et brainteaser.
