      Head of Marketing Interview

      Jun 11, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Kestra in Apr 2026

      Interview

Initial call with the CEO of Kestra.io (Emmanuael). At the end of the call, CEO gave me an assignment. I turned it around in a few days and presented / discussed it with CEO and CTO in a 60 minute video conference, I got a note from the CEO that he needed a week or so wrap up process with remaining candidates - he saidhe liked my experience and noted that it was relevant and the conversation with CTO was "strong". From there, I was completely ghosted - nothing - no response to inquiries, no common courtesy to the time and effort I spent. And coming from the leaders of the organization - frightening. I'd avoid this place at all costs and I suppose I consider this as a blessing.

      Question 1

For the second call with CEO and CTO: I'd like to ask you to prepare a short exercise, nothing heavy, just enough to ground our discussion: 1. Your current view of Kestra.io 2. How you see yourself in the Kestra Head of Marketing role 3. Your dream plan to help Kestra scale
