HR reached out to set up 1st round interviews then during the interview which one over an hour long they said they would be doing second round interviews the next week. After not hearing anything the next week they then sent out follow up from the hiring manager that they were doing second interviews (over a week later). I then went in for a second round interview (where some questions were re-asked by the same person). They said they would be making final selection the next day or early the next week. Then I didn't hear anything from them for another week. They then reached out with a follow up question. I asked again when selection would be made and was told within 2 days. Then those days passed and they still had not reached back out. Almost a full week later they asked me to come in again for a couple MORE follow up questions. They have drug out the interview process for over a month at this point but I still go in and answer their questions. They acted like they were ready to offer me the position but when I questioned time off they then sent me an email that they were going to move on to the next person.
