Interview
Very misleading. First, you arrive at a small basement office and begin a standard 1:1 interview. Nothing fancy. However, this company brands themselves as a marketing company, and the position was for customer service but they do NOT mean either of those things. What they mean is their employees sell entertainment provider services in stores like Walmart and Sam's Club but they excuse the misrepresentation as "selling product through customer service." So if you want to make a vague and undefined amount of money by "approaching" grocery shoppers and selling them entertainment provider services, proceed with the interview. Otherwise, save your gas and time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked the basic interview questions, mostly about what you desire from their employment and questions about your employment history. Nothing about weaknesses. Quite a bit of discussion about the day-to-day workings of sales agents (customer service reps).
