I had 4 call interviews: the first of them with the Operation Manager, the second was more like a language assessment for French, the third and the fourth with the 2 cofounders. Everytime I had a really good and real discussion based on my experience and the reasons why I consider I was a good fit for the job. Because of my experience I have been asked if I was interested in leading the new team here and I really appreciated the fact that even though I hadn't apply for that job they asked me my opinion about it. I have also liked that Clayton and Jason have been personally involved in the recruitment process. I had received no offer and no final feedback, which I would have appreciated but due to the quality of our conversations I rate the interview high. My personal recommandation for Keycafe would be - to hire a recruitment company as it is quite difficult to handle the recruitment and the hiring process remotely - the laptop and other IT assets should be provided by the company - be ready to pay for people coming with experience Good luck guys!
