Quick Turn Around - Great Accommodation - Open Lines of Communication. The Director was very open, friendly and direct. I always knew where I stood in the process and the entire process start to offer took two weeks. I wasn't even "looking" for a new job. The Director described my role in it's entirety from structure to personalities of my boss and support staff. He really understood our business and I've never had a process for a new job go so smoothly.
