I got a call for an interview and met with the direct manager, and a team who was friendly to talk to. After about 10 days of silence, I followed up, and they said they liked me but, wanted to schedule another round. There was no response for 4-5 weeks and I got a call back for the second round in person. So I drive down 1.5 hours for the 20-minute chat, which wasn't fulfilling. The questions were generic and I didn't get to highlight my strengths.
