My current position is that of an Operations Director but I originally applied for the Practice Manager. A one-to-one first interview with the founder which lasted around 40 minutes. In this interview we discussed my qualities, skill set, future goals and aspirations. He also outlined the duties I would have along with giving me more information about the company itself.
