Kids First (NY) interview questions

The interview process was a two part process. First part was on the phone learning about our experience, then there was a virtual interview where the interviewee asked a series of questions. Very welcoming and easy going. They are paying attention to your responses and interest in working with children on the spectrum that display aggressive behavior.
