The interview process typically includes five key stages: application screening, an initial phone or video interview, a technical or skills assessment (if applicable), main interviews, and the final offer stage. Candidates first go through a resume review before having a screening call with HR, followed by technical or behavioral rounds with hiring managers. If successful, they proceed to final interviews before receiving a job offer, which they can negotiate. Once accepted, the onboarding process begins, including training and team integration.
Remote interview on Google meet. They were late, and computer kept freezing. I could barely hear them and my volume was full. Ask same questions repeatedly even when different answers were given.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kids U (Calgary, AB) in Mar 2020
Interview
Professional, fair. Was conducted over skype. I felt at ease and the questions asked were all relevant to the role. Questions ranged from asking me to tell them a bit more about myself, to my teaching practices and so forth.
