Interview
get a copy of your passport, birth certificate, social security card, I.D. Photo, College diploma, and transcripts. you send those into a company in another state they ship that to kids duo. You also have to go to your closest Japanese consulate and get a 5-year work visa.
Easy and quick, they did seem desperate to hire people though. From what I have heard many other people have had similar experiences, and those taking the job said it was horrible and not even teaching.
