It was very basic, had the terminal manager in office and a district mgr on speaker phone for the entire interview process. Ask very good questions, so they could get a feel of my commitment.

How many years I dispatched, how extensive a dispatchers job is( 24/7) - no Joke either. I got calls 24/7, which I didnt mind, its my job and I love being a dispatcher, how I would stay calm & help the drivers however I had to.
