Kindred Nurseries interview questions

I had a Face to face interview. Lots of questions trying to understand your experience.. relaxed environment.. the director Lorna is very nice and skilful at what she does. They make decisions very quickly so you will know in a day or two if you are selected .

Interview was on Microsoft teams, they asked about past experience, questions about childcare. Then they asked me to go into the nursery and sign paperwork. Didn't say I had the job, but they gave me I start date after I signed all necessary paperwork.
