Caos. First it took them 3 weeks to establish how to interview me, then they came up with a recorded video, then they disappeared for two more weeks, then they told me to prepare a presentation for a face to face interview. Finally they disappeared again for a week without actually organizing the meeting. Eventually they showed up again and told me to prepare because the interview was going to be in 2 days time. In the meantime I interviewed with other companies and completely forgot about them... so no presentation and a solid goodbye.
