3 rounds of interviews including initial phone screening and 2 rounds of technical interview.
Interviews are conducted casually and pleasant. Pass all interviews and when into salary negotiations stage and the GM was really calculative, she factored in all the allowance and event health care and insurance to make my expected salary unjustifiable.
Straightforward interview process; follows traditional SE interview questions. Prepare for technical rounds and discussions. 2 or 3 levels of interview followed by HR discussions. Smooth interview process. If you prepare well, you can get selected easily.
