Interview
Shown a video of what the company is all about, including equipment and software used, answering many of my broader questions and curiosity. We then spent the bulk of the time going through my resume, including prior co-op experience, coupled with some open-ended personality questions.

Some included "What would you do with your time if money was not a consideration?" and "What does an ideal Saturday look like?".
"Explain XYZ on your resume, and how you improved the process/contributed to the team."
