I got a call from the third party recruiter. The process took 3 days. There are 4 rounds of interviews - 1. Technical Telephonic 2. Coding test to build an application with API and Angularjs 3. Coding test to build a ToDO application on their office 4. F2F Interview with Lead (If you get selected after this) 5. CEO round to check logical thinking *I have been asked to wait for three days and they will let me know the results. *I got a call from the third party that I got selected and as CEO is out they will role me the offer in next 4 days. *The 4 Days are still to come. It is almost 1 and a half month. *The third party keeps me looping that you will get the offer for 3 weeks and then he told me to move on after not picking my calls for 3 days. *Suggestion for Hiring Managment: Please don't waste time and money of the interviewee. They have a lot of things to do. If you don't want to hire don't call them and make them go through these process. *To all the fellow interviewee, Please ask them whether they really want to take the interview or they just want to waste their time.
