1 way video interviews, another abomination in the recruiting process. Who on earth would think this is a good idea?
Basically, you are telling your candidates that that you no time to devote to them and would rather have them speak to their computers after they took the time to apply for your posted position. You, would rather have the opportunity review them later where you can openly pass judgement. That is a true shame! It felt completely disconnected and why would anyone want to work for a company like this?
