I applied to an Indeed listing and had an interview roughly a week later. The interview was about 30 mins long and took place over Microsoft teams while one interviewer was in the office and the others were still driving... The interview went fine although I felt I actually gave very poor answers as I hadn't prepared that well.
A day later they offered me the job with a fairly tiny increase on my current low salary, on the condition that I leave my current job sooner than I had said I wanted to. It just didn't seem worth it given that the work seemed harder and I was due a raise in my current job so I declined the offer. They didn't have the manners to reply to my email, so I didn't apply for any other jobs with them after I left the place I worked at the time of the interview.
