Kirklees Council interview questions

I had an interview with Kirklees council for a refuse loader in which i have the experience for the job role as I have worked twice in the past for the Kirklees council doing this job. I find very strange that I was sent to a different site for a job interview to rather than the one I worked at before. I knew that I was set up to fail from the start of the interview and also where the location was. I believe that I they had given the jobs to others rather than me already and wasted my time by asking me to attend the interview. And also used my last interview with them weeks prior to not hire me in the slightest.
