Very confused experience. Hiring progress was standard. Hiring manager and team members were nice but junior, reached decision quickly. I talked with CEO and agreed on the offer package (toward lower-end one) but the offer came shrinking in many parts. Not sure what happened in just days. The CEO didn't respond ever after, making it not hard to decline the offer. The newly posted employee reviews describe the company as quick hire quick fire, people are replaceable. I got the same feeling from the CEO.

I had first interview. It was simple and short. The second interview, I presented 100% matched the job description. I answered all question accordingly. I can say my experience in this particular area is superior than those interviewed me. How could be the the team leader has less experience and not professional in the area that they work on!
