I was called for one role and interviewed for another when i expressed interest in this role. I admit I panicked, but then interview recommended me that I would be better off in a service company. It wasn't his place to do so.

Within a few days of applying, I was contacted by the HR. It was a five round interview process, starting from the Presales head, followed by a round with the Domain head, two more with Business Unit Head in which I was asked to demo the platform. I was given a week to get used to, learn and prepare the Kissflow platform. Finally, culture round happened once I was found fit for the role. All the rounds happened between 45 - 1.5 Hrs. each. The whole process happened for almost a month, with a week between every round. I was validated from both professional front and personal front. The Culture round is specifically designed to value align me to Kissflow's unique value system.
