The whole interview process was very unprofessional. The hiring team and interview panel lacked clear communication and transparency. There were 3 rounds in total. The interviewer did not join the call on time. No respect for candidate's time or commitment. I waited in the call for 15 mins and nobody joined so I left the call. HR was fast to pin this as my fault as she though I did not join the call at all. No respect for candidate's time and commitments. HR insisted on rescheduling the interview when I told the actual scenario. Technical interview was another level of headache. Interviewer clearly lacked any sensible scenario question formation. It felt more like a "I have a problem for your every solution". Zero sensible approach in conducting the interview resulting in a very chaotic experience. Interviewer wants you to answer as per the approach he/she has in his/her mind. Pathetic !
