After being shortlisted, I had to conduct an AI interview which was recorded and then reviewed by a person. After further being shortlisted I then had a formal interview carried out by two senior employees (regional operations manager & operations manager). After being successful at this, then had to go and have a in depth medical, and drug and alcohol test.
