The interview process consisted of three rounds, all of which I completed successfully. Throughout the process, there was no clear communication regarding the budget or compensation range. Only after finishing all three rounds did HR inform me that they did not have the budget to proceed, which made the entire process feel like a waste of time and effort.
Candidates are required to attend in-person interview for one round. The company has limited budget and lack of transparency about compensation. The offered salary was significantly below current market standards.
The overall experience was disappointing due to poor planning, lack of budget clarity from the beginning, and unprofessional communication from the HR team. The process reflected a lack of coordination and maturity in handling candidates’ time and expectations.
Additionally, the current employees have not been getting an increment/salary hike since 2/3 years.
