I applied online. I interviewed at Klar (Ciudad de Mexico)
Interview
A relative quick process compared to other places. Great communication. There are multiple rounds, the first one is a coding challenge in TestGorilla. One HR interview and then two to three technical interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were two coding challenges in TestGorilla. During the interviews, I was asked data science concepts and how to solve a data problem. No coding on those interviews
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Klar in May 2025
Interview
The process consisted of four stages: two "get-to-know-you" interviews where we discussed my background, the job, and the company. This was followed by a take home exercise in the form of an EDA of a small data set. The final stage was a longer interview where I presented my EDA to the team. One thing I really liked is that they matched the topic of the EDA to the project they had in mind for me in the company, so during the interview you already get a good feeling of what you will be working on later.
