First a phone interview, followed by a in person interview. Then after a background check they called me in to work. I started in customer service and then i moved to the editing room and became an editor.

standard. meet and greet. They test your skills and then you wait until you background check clears. Then they call you in and your start working. I think thats pretty standard.
