My interview lasted one hour and I thought it went really well. They told me they were impressed with my experience and I thought I was going to get the job. I was told they would call me back in the afternoon to give me an update. When I got home I sent a follow-up email and they never called me. I sent another follow up email one week later and nothing. I thought ignoring me was very unprofessional and if they weren't interested they should have been told me immediately.
