The interview is a three strep process. You start with the property manager, then the regional manager, and then the vp of operations. Ensure to dress professionally and bring a filled out application.

I interviewed the property manager, a regional manager, and an associate at their corporate office. Overall very nice people and were very enthusiastic about my experience and personality. After the third interview, I was completely ghosted.

Interview
When interviewing with KV, there is a two-part process. The community manager initially interviews you; if you are considered, you interview with the regional manager. After both interviews, the property manager will reach out and extend an offer.
