Knobelsdorff Enterprises interview questions

The interview was fine but I ended up not hearing back by the recruiter for a position I applied for. Eitherway don’t bother, many of the jobs posted are just for show. The recruiters are only trying to look useful so they can keep their jobs. The least she could’ve done is send back a rejection email instead of ghosting.

Applied online and within a week their hiring manager reached out and wanted to have a phone interview that week. I provided availability within a few hours and then didn't hear back from him for over a week. I followed up twice before hearing back almost a week later. Had a phone interview that was a good conversation about what they needed and my skillset. The hiring manager said he wanted to set me up with one of the recruiters next week. A week later I followed up and was ghosted by them. It's not hard to tell people they aren't the right fit. It could have been an email we are moving in a different direction, just close the loop. Please do better in the future.
