Interviewer is very friendly. He knows exactly who are the people he looking for, ie strengths, skills and characteristics. The process is not lengthy and interviewer himself already made decision whether to offer you. He will provide a time frame for you to get back to him. Overall is quick.

Interview
the interview session with the owner of the company was actually quite simple, where the owner just need to know what kind of personality you have. there is also some background check like where i lived and whom i am living with, where i study and how was the life in university time. I got the offer right after i drove off from the parking lot. it was a really quick decision making.
