      Manager Interview

      Dec 8, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Koch in Aug 2018

      Interview

The process began with a phone screen. Then a phone interview with the hiring manager. Two weeks later I went into the office for a half day of face to face interviews. Another week or so went by then I was asked to come in for a "final step" meeting. This meeting was rescheduled twice before it actually took place. All the conversations went very well. I felt like a lot of inside information was shared, so I felt confident a job offer was going to be forthcoming. In the end I only received an email stating they were going forward with an internal candidate that had just recently applied. I felt like after a more than 6 week process, the recruiter could've at least called instead of email.

      Apr 24, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Wichita, KS
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Wichita, KS) in Apr 2019

      Interview

I was invited out for a face to face interview to meet the team and I was treated very well. I had two back to back interviews with senior management and in both interviews, I had two interviewers. I was asked general questions on my technical experience and how I handled those task with the team. I had questions that were geared towards the hiring manager, but the interviewers gave me time to ask questions on whatever I would like to know. I did ask about what were some of the short term and the long term expectation for the role and they provided a clear understanding, which was good to have this understanding.

      Answer question

      Question 2
