Applied online. Had a phone interview. Met with 3 supervisors. Learned about their roles and how they grew with the company. Answered their questions and took a tour of the shop.
Have 2 to 3 interviews each one is different in length and what the ask that you can bring to the table over it was a good interview with two different people asking different questions
