      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Koch in Sep 2009

      Interview

The interview was a behavior interview which the HR asked question about projects I did, difficulty I met and things I was proud of, etc after ran through my resume. It seems that the HR focus on what action did I take when I talked about a situation. It did not include any technical thing. The interview was a 1:1 interview held in the school career center.
