      Sales Manager Interview

      Dec 16, 2010
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Koch in Nov 2009

      Interview

Long interview, fairly infocused. They asked a lot about people management skills for a position that required none. The interviewer was friendly, but seemed distracted (multitasking?) . Overall good experience for me, but I found out later that the job was not as good as it had been presented. They also never gave me an answer back, I just had to figure out that after a few weeks that they didn't want me. Wasn't too sad, but I would have liked to know beforehand.
