Kohl Building Products interview questions

I had three separate interviews over the course of three months, the first was with the local manager and that was followed by a meeting and personality test with the owner in PA. The final interview was the offer and salary negotiations with both the owner and the manager. It was long and there was very little communication throughout the process.
