I was approached for a role by their recruitment team. However I found this to be a really a disappointing candidate experience as I was essentially ghosted. I wasted time preparing for an application that Mira approached me for. Ironically, given the nature of the role they were looking to fill, communication was terrible. I would have radio silence for weeks, then a promise of information soon, only to be ghosted again. I think this is a terrible way to treat someone, especially someone you approached for a role. I made them aware that I am on maternity leave, a time that is notoriously hard and some women might find the return to work daunting. If this is an example of the care and support Mira give to women returning to work, then I’m glad to be aware now.
