You go through a call with a recruiter, a manager, a presentation, a call with the Director of CS, and then a call with their CEO. These calls take place over months. It’s not quick. My last call was with their Director of CS where I was asked a bunch of theoretical questions on how I’d react in specific situations. My answers were 1:1 with the answers the Director of CS had. I was told after that call that I would hear back after the new year holiday. The call was on 12/29. They completely forgot to follow up with me. After all of the interviews and the project they put me through, they completely forgot to follow up with me. On the morning of Jan 14 I emailed their internal Talent person and still didn’t get a reply all day. The next morning I woke up to a generic rejection letter with zero feedback on any of my performance throughout their long process. I found this extremely disrespectful and intensely unprofessional.
