First an english interview
Then a technical\Personal interview. Mostly project questions and a couple technical. Then one code problem where you can choose the language.
Then an assesment to do at home, you need 3 hours
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Konrad Group (San Jose, San Jose)

Bastante amigable, primera entrevista para conocerlo mas a uno y saber un poco de las aptitudes y nivel de ingles, despues una ultima entrevista tecnica con RH y Manager del team enfocado mas en preguntas tecnicas

In the beginning, you had to talk about yourself. There were questions about the company followed by behavioural questions. It lasted about 20 minutes. It was a phone interview. There was one odd question that wasn't expected.
