Poor management, the HR approached me to arranged a Zoom interview with date and time set but the two interviewer host did not showed up even 30 minutes after scheduled time. I sent another email to check and got a poor replies that they had some technical issue and would like to rearrange another interview which will informed me the time and date later but it end up no news again.
