An interview process is very fast and streamlined. 1 - HR phone interview. 2 - share screen interview with two engineers from the company. 3 - Onsite interview in the company office, in Berlin, including lunch with the team.
The interviews were relatively easy. I found the questions I was asked as relevant to my day to day job. Before the interview with engineers, I received a list of 3 questions - as starters for discussion during my interview. I liked this unusual approach very much because it significantly reduced my pre-interview level of stress. The stress of "I have no idea what I would be asked, but I have to be ready for anything".
From my interview process, I got the impression, that company represent the idea of working for the startup in Berlin at its best.
