Still at the first stage, what I've noticed is attention to detail from the manual. Any answers outside the manual, disqualification. Otherwise you're good to go. You know it's a company dealing with numbers a single mess with numbers malfunctioning the system hence attention to detail.

From the open access section of the manual what are the two things that are not accessible.
Kopo Kopo’s interview process is rigorous, focusing on skills tests, work simulations, and cultural fit rather than just previous experience, requiring strict adherence to application instructions. The process generally includes a phone screening, technical/skills tests, a group panel, and a final interview, designed to test critical thinking, maths, and communication.
First stage is determined by time and listening skills, and also based on how well you can process information from their manual. There also seems to be an online test to test your skills and cognitive thinking abilities and also a walk in interview for them to see whether you amount to what you got on the test.
