The interview process was similar to that of many small to midsized agencies. The process starts in Human Resources, whose job is to filter out those who are appropriate for the job from those who have just seen a few episodes of Mad Men. Interviewed with four different people here. VERY unprofessional! The second I entered the office someone was screaming on the phone. Rude receptionist. Human resources woman answered her cell phone to speak with her daughter while interviewing me. One man walked in to the interview and the first word out of his mouth was a curse word. He also didn't sit near me and kept saying how sick he was and didn't want to give me his card because of germs.
