Interview
Two 30 minutes interviews back-to-back on Microsoft teams. One interviewer was gauging my knowledge in industry, manufacturing, and thought process. I was not aware there was going to be a technical interview but it was fine and flowed like a conversation rather than having questions prepared for me. The other interviewer was asking more general interview questions. I have not heard back yet on my results.

Interview
After initial application, had to do Plymetrics or whatever the game thing is called. Then had an interview with recruiter and then manager in my general area of interest, in this case HR. Then got flown out to HQ in Chicago, and you pay nothing. Do a presentation in front of 3 or so people explaining the biggest accomplishment you’re proud of and why. Did not get the offer, although I felt really good about the presentation since I had niche skills. After about 2 weeks reached out to hear about application status, and 10 minutes later got generic rejection email :(
Het sollicitatieproces begon met een gesprek met HR waarin mijn achtergrond, motivatie en beschikbaarheid werden besproken. Daarna volgde een interview met managers en een senior associate over mijn ervaring, vaardigheden en teamfit.
